The Mississippi State University Foundation has officially announced plans for a major Cotton District-area retail, restaurant, and hospitality project, which is to be Anchored by the Hotel Madelone. The area will be called the Crossroads District, and is slated to include all of the above, as well as ample green space and a pedestrian land bridge over Hwy 12.
